Butterworth Art Walk

Butterworth Art Walk vision is to create a vibrant visual art scene. Art direction by Zaini Zainul and painted by local artists. The mural scene at Seberang Perai may have blossomed later but is quickly catching up with George Town’s iconic street art. The Butterworth Art Walk is a product if Penang’s vibrant artists and the state’s rich history.

With its eye-catching murals and installations, it aims to educate visitors about the mainland’s colourful past. Seberang Perai’s agricultural economy and history in exporting elephants are amongst the interesting facts that one can learn walking along the small alley in Jalan Bagan Luar.
